Garden Festival Stall (Club members only) Sunday Nov 2nd 2025 9-3pm

Our annual club market is where you get an opportunity to showcase and sell your creations!

This year we have 2 weekends available. You can book each day separately - which means you can have 1 day to sell or 4 if you wish. 

The table space is the only display area, please keep all displays off the floor for H&S.

•  You may share a space.
• Ensure you have plenty of cash on hand, otherwise bring slips with your banking details to hand to people who would like to pay by online banking.
• Unloading must be completed by 8.45am & stalls set up
• all vehicles must not be parked near the clubrooms - at bottom of hill or on side streets is preferable to allow festival goers  easy parking
• Stalls must be manned at all times during the day & may not be dismantled until after 3pm
• Bring own lunch & refreshments

Trestle locations: 

If you have booked a trestle location  you need to bring:

• the trestle
• a cloth to cover it
